1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To cancel your booking, please notify us via email at famous1travels@gmail.com. The cancellation fee depends on when we receive your request.

2. Refund Process
- Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).
- Timeframe: Once approved, the refund process typically takes 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
- Service Fees: Please note that transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
3. Partial Refunds
- No refunds will be issued for unused services such as skipped meals, missed sightseeing, or early check-outs due to personal reasons.
- If a specific activity is cancelled due to weather or technical reasons, we will provide a refund for that specific component only.
4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
In case of cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes:
- We will attempt to provide a Credit Note valid for 1 year.
- If a refund is requested, it will be subject to the cancellation charges of the hotels and transporters involved.
